A mild to medium Caribbean curry with an easy to follow recipe on the packet.
Traditionally made with goat but chicken, pork or lamb can be used if preferred.
This is great put in the slow cooker in the morning on a low heat, it'll be fantastic by the evening.
For a hotter curry, add your favourite hot sauce!
Ingredients: Tumeric, tomato powder, sea salt, garlic powder, *mustard seeds*, cumin, coriander, fenugreek, allspice, star anise, pepper, thyme, Scotch Bonnet chillies.
