NEW! Gluten Free Sage & Onion Stuffing Mix
A roast dinner isn't quite right without stuffing so I've been working on this for a while to get a great flavour and a pleasing texture. Gluten free breadcrumbs are okay but the ingredients lists are pretty scary so these contain none of the usual artificial additives.
Anyway to the instructions. Add the mix to a bowl and add 25g butter or equivalent. Add 225ml of boiling water and mix. Leave to cool before shaping into 6-8 balls. Place on a lightly oiled baking sheet and cook in a 180 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
